Return Policy

30-Day Free Returns and Free Return Shipping on All Our Most Popular Items

Returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States, and return shipping labels will only be issued for addresses within the United States.

1. Quick Ship Items
Quick Ship items except Gravity and Ekstrem* are shipped free to you and return shipping is free as well. Subject to the terms of our return policy, and our confirmation that your returned item meets our packing and condition requirements, you can return eligible items in “like-new” condition within Thirty (30) days of receiving any Quick Ship item.

*Returns on the Gravity, Ekstrem and Open-Box product: The customer is responsible for re-packing and shipping the product back to us.

Quick Ship items are brand new items that we normally stock, and it excludes Custom Made and Final Sale items.

2. Custom Made Items
Since these items are made to order as a bespoke item specifically tailored by you, Custom Made items may not be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Ways to Return
Contact us by sending an email to orders@fflbrands.com. We will review your request. If you meet the return requirements, we will email you a shipping label for your product.

Repacking Requirement
Returns must arrive to our warehouse carefully boxed and sealed in the original packaging, complete with all parts, tools, accessories, and manuals. Improperly packaged items may be rejected by us. If your item is rejected, we will take photographs of the item and share them with you with an explanation of why we have denied all, or a portion of, your refund request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Factory certified, refurbished, final sale, final clearance, or discontinued items are all sold on a FINAL SALE basis
  • Any item that was shipped to you in exchange for a similar item in a different color or wood finish
  • International returns
  • Items that are not in “like-new” condition
  • Any items damaged in any way by pets
  • Items soiled by liquids of any kind
  • Items used at a trade show or in any other commercial setting
  • Items not bought on our website
  • Any and all special delivery fees – These include any express shipping fees, rush fees, customs fees


Refund Policy
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Credit cards: 
Allow up to 2 weeks after we receive the item for the credit to be reflected on your credit card.

Checks, Wires, and ACH payments:
Refunds over $100 will be issued as check and mailed to you 2 weeks after we receive the product in our warehouse.
