Varier Furniture Limited Warranty

In the United States and Canada your Varier product is protected by a standard THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. You can upgrade to a premium TEN (10) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY at no additional cost simply by registering your product.

 

The Limited Warranty protects your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship during the relevant coverage period. This warranty begins upon receipt of the product.

Limited Warranty Coverage

10-Year Limited Warranty 

Our limited warranty offers you 10 (ten) years of coverage for fabrication faults on wooden and polypropylene parts and 5 (five) years of coverage for fabrication faults on any mechanisms or mechanical parts.

Terms and Conditions

  • The product must be shipped to and used exclusively in a private home, indoors, and in typical temperature and humidity-controlled conditions.
  • You must use the product normally, and the product must be used exclusively for the purpose it is designed and made for.
  • The product must be properly maintained as described in the maintenance guide.
  • When you file a claim, the Warranty Certificate must be submitted together with the original purchase receipt.
  • This coverage is exclusively available to the original purchaser of the Product
 

Exclusions

  • Any Product not registered on our website within 30 days of Product purchase.
  • Commercial use of any kind and Product shipped to or used for any period in any type of non-residential environment whatsoever;
  • Stains of any kind from any source other than stains present from a manufacturing fault
  • Failure to show the Product  Warranty Certificate and proof of purchase when filing a claim shall result in default to our Standard Limited Warranty coverage terms.
  • Normal wear of the material including, but not limited to, fading, signs of wear, chips, dings, and any other cosmetic changes resulting from use.
  • The natural character of Product materials (like wood and upholstery) which may show minor color variations.
  • Damage or discoloration from external factors such as sun or light, temperature, dampness, pollution, or other environmental factors outside of Varier’s control.
  • Any damage not related to production including, but not limited to, damage from assembly by a customer, damage to floors, and damage to other furniture.)
  • Any Product mechanism after 5 years from the purchase date. If a mechanism has been replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period shall not extend beyond a total of 5 years from the purchase date.
  • Any Product defect whatsoever after 10 years from the purchase date. 
  • Any warranty claim from any individual other than the original individual purchaser of the Product. Resold Product is not covered under this warranty. 
 

If Your Product is Covered

We will…

  • …at our sole discretion, send you replacement part(s) or replace the product.
  • …cover normal transportation costs for the replacement part within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipment surcharges will be added for replacement parts or products shipped to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska.
  • …do our best to match the replacement part or product to your Product. If your exact color or model is not available in our standard inventory, we reserve the right to replace defective parts or Product in a color or model that are available at the time of your warranty claim. If we are not able to match the replacement part or product to your Product, the replacement shall be of the same or greater quality and value.
 

Varier Standard 3-Year Limited Warranty

Submitting A Claim

Contact at us by completing the service request form. (This will take you to the website of our US service partner, Furniture For Life.) If you wish to make a claim under the 10-Year Limited Warranty, please be sure to upload the original proof of purchase and registration confirmation email.
 
In an effort to understand the issue, our service team may have some questions for you regarding the nature of the defect. We may also require pictures of the defective product.
